LDL is bad cholesterol and you should maintain your level below

danger of heart attack or stroke and you need to lower the

to lower your LDL cholesterol. Products like spreads, yoghurts,

not to absorb cholesterol. Ask your
dietician or doctor about these products. Always read the

Medication:
Medication to correct cholesterol levels is usually avoided
unless absolutely necessary. Your doctor
is the best person to advise you on this and she/he will not
usually prescribe medicine until all other options have been
